What happens after you submit

  • We verify that the request is connected to the email address provided.
  • We delete or anonymise eligible LexMentor account and Learn data associated with that account.
  • We may retain limited records where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or editorial record keeping.
  • We will reply by email with the next step or completion update.

Data covered by this request

Account dataEmail address, display name, and authentication-linked profile records.
Learn dataPractice sessions, answers, accuracy, saved questions, mistakes, revision queue, and targets.
MessagesContact, research, or editorial messages where deletion is legally and operationally possible.

If you are currently signed in, use the same email address used for LexMentor. You can also email contact.lexmentor@gmail.com directly with the subject "LexMentor account deletion".

Before deleting

Account deletion may permanently remove synced Learn history. If you only want to stop using cloud sync, you can sign out and continue using parts of Learn locally as a guest.
