About the Journal
LexMentor Journal of Law and Policy is an independent, biannual and open-access online scholarly journal of law, legal studies and public policy. Published by LexMentor in two issues each year, the Journal promotes rigorous, accessible and interdisciplinary scholarship addressing legal doctrine, institutional developments, public policy, emerging technologies and contemporary regulatory challenges.
Mission
The Journal provides an independent forum for careful legal research and policy analysis. It seeks to connect doctrinal scholarship with institutional practice and public debate while keeping published work openly accessible.

Published articles are available online without a subscription or access fee. Any licence governing reuse will be displayed only after the Journal adopts and records a specific licence.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made on the basis of academic merit, relevance, integrity and compliance with Journal policy. Publication decisions remain separate from commercial or personal considerations.
