Copyright ownership and the non-exclusive publication licence granted to the Journal.
Licence to Publish
Authors grant the LexMentor Journal of Law and Policy a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, display and communicate the article in electronic and other formats.
Subsequent Use
Authors may subsequently reproduce or republish their work, provided that its first publication in the LexMentor Journal of Law and Policy is properly acknowledged.
Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce third-party copyrighted material included in their submissions.
